Follwing on Facebook I get to read Peter's humor and almost embarrassing to say - sometime the only thing on my feed worth liking - are like this one: " Look for our money saving "poopons" in your local paper today, you'll save a "sh!t" load of dough!" Now someone who deals with other people's crap all day - and still has humor - must be a rare exception. They broke the mold after Peter - only good things to say about priority cesspool work and the cesspool humor :) <3 it

When I called John, he was able to schedule a prompt meeting for the estimate, which he arrived to on time. He was knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable asking him questions about what was to be a VERY big job. He needed to contact the Dept. of Health to clarify something on the plans before he could give me the estimate, but within a day the paperwork was in the mail to me. Compared to the other estimates we got, his was the best, and when I called him to schedule a date to begin work, it was within two days. He and his crew (consisting of John's son Rob and a very personable man named Paul) arrived promptly each day, worked diligently, were friendly and professional, and any time I wanted to ask about what was going on, they were very helpful. John handled the backhoe with surgical precision. The job DID take a day longer than expected; it was supposed to be two days, but took three due to the Health Dept. not being able to send an inspector out until the third day. Whenever a small detour from the plans was needed (as happens when paper plans meet the real world), John explained it thoroughly, including WHY it was needed, and WHAT he was doing. He was adamant about making sure measurements were accurate, and paid attention to detail throughout the process. Though I am no expert on the installation of septic systems, I feel completely confident in his work. Though my backyard is now mostly a field of dirt (it really was a BIG project), it was left clean and level. Once I get some grass seed down, I think it will be better than it was before. It is evident that John cares about providing quality work and dealing with customers honestly. Quality work and quality people are a combination not always easy to come by when looking for professionals to do work around your home; but you will find it here. I would highly recommend Priority Cesspool to anyone.
